what jeans

Oi! I'm only 24 and I like next jeans. :p

To be honest though they aren't quite the same as Primark or BHS jeans, starting with the price, which is around £40 a pair. I used to wear Levis but just didn't like them after a couple of years, they are too plain IMO (I always think of Levis as old people jeans :p)

True but there are trendy jeans in next and old man kfc jeans.

primark, £8-12 a pair, does me for general out and about use because I can get through them pretty quick, then save the posher jeans for going out.

This.

Got 2 pairs for £8 last time. Decent quality and will last a fair while.

I go for Fly53 or Superdry, I wouldn't call them 'flexy' but they're definitely 'roomy'. I paid £80 for a pair of Gio Goi jeans from the catalogue a few years back and they were thin as hell & fell apart within a couple of months. Price doesn't mean anything.

I'd bet money that my Asda George jeans last as long as your £100 jeans.

Assuming you're correct, that would make Asda jeans a good choice for the OP if durability and cost are his exclusive concerns. However, if he also considers the fit and appearance of his jeans to be important then he may decide to look elsewhere.

I buy Nudies exclusively these days.

I picked up a pair of reduced Slim Jims, they're pretty nice.

I pretty much soley(sp?) wear Diesel jeans and thoroughly recommend them but I suspect you aren't willing to pay that much.

Nudies, Cheap Mondays, APC, Samurai or Naked & Famous if you want really good quality jeans, if you want good but cheap(er) Uniqlo are decent, particularly their selvedge jeans.

Oh and you shouldn't wash jeans that often, if you want them to last a long time and fit well.

I still wear jeans I bought in the 80's, they are probably older than some of the Posters in this Thread! :o :D

Go for Levis myself and/or H&M jeans. Good thing about H&M is that I can buy waist 33" from there. That was I can have them a little looser than my usual 32" which is good if I plan on eating/drinking a lot, but they're not so baggy they fall down even with a belt on.

Levis though definitely the nicer fit. 501's all the way and the store in regent street takes the legs up for you if they're and inch or so too long. Bit pricey, but they last me ages.

I only wear Levi's, Wrangler and Diesel jeans.

but after few washes they wear out.
Dude, you're doing it wrong. Are you washing them at like 200 degrees or something? I've had a pair of Levi's for a year now and washed them about 12 times since, they're still fine.

i've been buying same levis jeans for decades and i'm getting tired of them. they basically cost up to £60 these days but after few washes they wear out. honestly i stuck with them for so long because they used to fit me well but i'm i am gaining a bit in waist now and looking for something more flexy. i'm not much in line with latest fashion trends and i don't buy things just purely for the name. i am looking for quality though at reasonable price. any suggestions?

Lose weight instead?

I don't know how you are getting through your levis so quickly. Levis, Wrangler and Lee are all fairly solid brands and good value for money.

If you want something that will be really solid look at some IronHearts. They won't be cheap though, but you only need one pair.

Also you are washing them too much. I haven't washed my current pair since October 2010.
