Have terrorists just landed at Stansted?

Just watched a passenger plane come in towards Stansted, followed by what looked like a Tornado or Eurofighter.

Didn't notice what company the passenger jet was, so I guess it could have been some government thing.

Also since it landed, nothing else has come in on the usual landing flight path.

Well it is a shocker when the plane is followed by a fighter aircraft.

I only said terrorists because Stansted has been the usual place in the past to bring hijacked aircraft.

The jet might have just had a fault and needed to land at the nearest airport.

It's not uncommon

Hijacked planes usually get diverted to Stanstead.

If it helps some of my friends have noticed the jet fighter following a plane in to landing at Stansted as well.

Although that doesn't really help.

And Stansted is also the designated airport for hijacked planes.

If it was a Etihad plane then I don't think it was scheduled to land at Stansted looking at the scheduled arrivals at Stansted.

No planes with either the EY or ETD code are listed on the arrivals.

Then it could have just had some trouble in the air and the eurofighter was near by and able to see what was going on outside the field of view of the pilot!

It would have just guided it down.

Does seem to have been an Etihad flight. Looks like it was supposed to have gone into LHR and then diverted to Stansted.

As for not being in the news, last time there was a QRA of a commercial flight it took 2 days to appear!

I've just accessed the Pentagon main server & they reckon Aliens are on board so they dumped them in Stansted with all the others, Nowt to worry about.
