Thinking cap time guys, how can I transport a breakfast and keep it hot?

This, definitely this.

Lol she knows that anyway! I'm not some sort of poxy magician :D

Liking the sound of this. Could put a cloth down on the footwell to stop it melting to the floor, heated baking tray on top of that, foot on that with another cover over the top. Also heaters on high whilst blasting down on the feet. Win?

Possible :)

Blend it all together and put it in a flask:p

No seriously wrap in foil and put it a small coolbag. Should help to keep it warm in theory as long as you don't add ice blocks.:)

Already gave the coolbag thing a thought, apparently they keep things cold, but are **** at keeping things warm :)

We solve the problem by removing the 20 minutes drive from the equation.

= Buy food from shop next to meeting place

You're meeting her @ 5?

No where near her :(

Although I've just had a brilliant idea. Go over early but go to her place first (meeting her at her work) - cook breakfast there (using her food supplies ofcourse). And walk it over (2 minute walk)

Jake, you've done it again :D

Bring a camper burner, a tiny wok and a pack of stir fry from your local supermarket. Cook in front of her like some famous camping Chines chef, turn her on so much, before meal, you'll get a meal too :p

Typical thinking of an oriental tbh :p - oh and you clearly haven't experienced my cooking abilities if you think I can manage that lot :p

I am a man, I cook an awesome fry up...but thats it :p

Err, how about a 12v adaptor and a microwave? DING and the food is done.

There isn't any reason why this shouldn't work, a small cool box would be better than a bag as they have better insulation. You could try warming the box with hot water aswell (obviously not boiling hot, this may damage the box).

Other than that, I can't think of anything else short of fitting your car with a hot plate/cupboard.
