I'm sure I've seen this posted here before, but I did a few searches and it didn't turn anything up, so...
I'm attempting to do this:

I just took the "Initial Test" and managed a lowly 16, I've never been great in the upper body strength area.
Despite the site recommending you take a few days to recover after the initial test, I'm going to start with week 1 tomorrow evening.
I'm hoping that in posting this, I will stay motivated to complete the entire 6 weeks, and it will possibly inspire a few others to do the same - but we'll see
