Does anyone get game rage msgs.

I get around 3-4 on an average 6 hour stint.

Tempted to post some and edit the swears lol

Here is just a sample of what i get. I mainly delete em, after i have read em. But about 2 weeks ago, decided to keep some LOL

This is not an ego boost, as some people have stated. Im 28 years old, not 14.

I get them too and I'm rubbish half the time! I had a couple of blinding voice messages last night, I just delete them, pointless replying.
 
Wait - so you play online and random folks send abusive messages?

How sad..!! Never happened to me, but then I’ve only really played F1 2010 online and most quit out because no one can drive straight.. !!
 
I used to do it to people who'd play fifa as the best team then rage quit after being beaten as Burton or someone equally terrible...

Mainly as some people like to taunt players when they win as much better teams which is silly (and generally in German iv found)
 
For some reason I did when playing on the 360 but not since ive had the PS3... whether this has anything to do with the userbase, or just the clunkiness of sending messages via PS3 I dont know.

I think on the 360 people are more prone to be abusive as everyone has a headset and everyone is a hero wanting to mouth off... so you get more personal and thus messages. The PS3.... other than organised clans and as such you wont get abuse of each other, I just rarely ever hear anyone on a mic.
 
What amazes me still is the amount of racism thats online - its truly pathetic, unfortunately it normally seems to come from the northern half of the country when Ive played FIFA (FIFA 10 was the worst)...

I do tend to notice that the French and Spanish usually act like ****s, especially the French. Its really hard not to make generalisations when you are the end of such behaviour...

Nooo, I get them after I've had a good game (inconsistent me can be utterly awful or shockingly good depending on my mood!), now if I got them for being rubbish I think I would stop playing all together lol :p
 
I played a bit of Bad company 2 online and everyone playing decided to re-name me grandad and called me it for the evening.. I,m only 32..?

Get loads of hatemail on MW2 that one I kept as it was the only good one I have had in a while lol I delete the rest

Best one I ever had was "My mate is an XBL admin and his Jtag Laptop has detected your using a predictive care package drop cheat...... say goodbye to your account " that was 6 months ago. After he sent that I followed him from game to game and destroyed him over and over.

Edit: I have also had loads of "where's Patrick" msg's and my reply to them is "offline"

Not often, but I did get called a C4 whore on MW2. I supose he should get bonus points for making a rhyme.

I do quite enjoy throwing a C4 by a flag on domination and then surprising them. :cool:
 
Yer I get quite a few on COD, I love the ones in another language so I get to go and google translate them :D
