Here's a few pics from the dealers, they had 3 identical in every way with similar mileages too. Anyway we had the middle one 12k miles.

I quite like these, if only I was small... and female. Do you mind if I pry into the cost? Also, 2.5k to insure?! How old is your daughter?

Shes 18 now just, and 22k for the car.

Given that you thought your Sons 320i was crap and you told him not to get it in the first place it does strike me odd you'd spend £22k on a 120i :p

But its me daughter Fox and shes 18 and this is what she wanted, what am i gonna do. Plus i been stomping round like an arse hole shouting at everyone the last few weeks, its time to spread the love :)

What you think of the car anyway?

I almost really like them - but the front end ruins it for me. The back is great, and with the LCI, the build quality is much better than before. With the right engine I think a 1 Coupe or Cab is a lot of fun - though the 2.0 16v isn't the right engine.

Im not a big fan myself, but its deffo better than a Fiat 500 and got 2 more seats than an 200 SLK which were the other 2 contenders.

I think its completely different to a Fiat 500, you cannot compare the two. It is nearly double the price of a brand new Fiat 500 for an 18 month old 1 Series.

She wanted an Abrath one i think they are about 16k, but even though i like them, i couldnt help thinking the more metal between her and whatever she might drive in to the better, plus they are manual.

Anyway it was between this and a 200 SLK in the end, the extra seats swayed it plus she just liked this more.

If she wanted an Abarth how did she end up in a 120i Automatic? The Abarth is a quick chuckable tiny hot hatchback, it is very different to an automatic 120i?

i think its the right engine for his 18 yo daughter.

Considering i had an F reg mazda 323 shed at this age, its actually 10 x more awesome for her.

because she's an 18 yo girl. She just chooses what she thinks looks good. I doubt she even gives a damn how chuckable the abarth is.
