For her it probably is though, I doubt she's a petrolhead.
Therefore an Abarth wasn't neccesary and a £12k new 500 would have suited?

Your right i could have got an auto 500 and put the abarth bits on i supposeBut then its a corn beef tin, with not much between her and a solid object should she hit one.

True enough, but a 1 series with a folding roof isn't exactly the QEII mind.
She tends to hit things not roll the car![]()
Hey its Kimi and you lot are just horrible, i only wanted the fast 500 not the smelly slow one!!!!!
All i can say is wait till you sit here at 40 odd with kids Fox, then you gonna think back and say that poor **** Mark was right![]()

Assuming 2 kids, thats a brand new 5 Series every 2 years and an exotic holiday each year.

Is this your idea of flirting Fox? Chatting with a girl about the qualities of bmw's?![]()
I've got to say I prefer that to the hatchbacks, does it have rear parking sensors mark? If not can you retro fit them?
Aren't they standard on BMW's now (on the rear at least)? If not, most people would spec them. As for retro fitting, the dealer will but it will be cheaper elsewhere.
EDIT: Just seen they aren't standard, and are still a slightly expensive option.
