Just got a PS3

So I just got myself a PS3 and am very happy with it so far.
You're probably all expecting me to ask the same thing that everyone asks - "what games should I get?"

Well I've got that covered. What I want to know is are there any good PS3 specific news sites / forums that any of you guys use? Please share some good urls with me.

ps: Just to start a war - I traded in my 360 for the PS3 because the 360 release list for this year reminded me of the Wii's game catalogue!

Not what it once was but with out a doubt www.psu.com, it has a good community but the news IMO lacks. I find the articles on www.playstationuniversity.com far superior.

edit: If you like the old trophy hunting then http://www.ps3trophies.com/forums/ will be to your liking, they have lots of guides there.

No problems.. http://www.thesixthaxis.com/ does report on more then just the PS3, but it has a heck of a lot more PS3 articles then most gaming news sites... I like to read it, as it tells me what is going on with all aspects of console gaming, its like eurogamer - just more PS3 friendly... lol Hmmm that'll spark a debate no doubt..!!

Great thread, was thinking of asking this myself after getting my PS3 for Xmas. Now can browse away.

Love comming late to the party as well due to prices on the older games. Got enough to keep me busy for a good year for the price of a meal out.

well you've got some decent recommendations for PS3 gaming news. And just to add, good time to get a PS3. Lots of older games you can get for next to nothing and some fantastic looking new games coming out - but I think you might know this already..

I find PS3trophies.com to be a bit better than the .org one. Just general guides and activity on the forums. But if you are a trophy hunter, it's good to use both to make sure you don't miss anything.
