I have just read that this game is to be revived.

This is one game I never played and was wondering if anyone here has played it and how they rate it?
I have just read the review and there are some strong statements in there suggesting that this game was meant to be the Zelda for a new generation....

The remake is out in a month or so......worth getting?
 
Wonderful game, i'd recommend it to anyone. Didn't realize there was a HD rerelease of it, if true i'll definitely buy.

It's probably one of my top 10 games on the PS2.
 
It has a very strong story and is so good it might be one of the few games I would replay in HD. Not sure what I would compare it to. It’s a sort of an adventure game.
 
Got this for my PC in the summer steam sales last year. Wouldn't run, when I did get it running the screen res wasn't widescreen, soon as I fixed this with a custom file etc game ran fine for about 20 minutes then crashed everytime...

so, if this is coming to PS3 PSN then sold.. It was an excellent game on the gamecube... Worthwhile getting if its being updated to HD
 
I don't know when it's coming to PSN but it seems Microsoft are including it as part of a "House Party" promotion in February, a bit like they did with Lara Croft last year. So they may have four weeks of exclusivity.

It is coming out on the PS3 and 360 so I guess it will be on PSN :)
 
Another vote for loving this game. I must admit I never finished it. But I can't remember why, what I do remember is thinking it was unlike anything I'd played before storywise. Great game
 
had it on the PC and could not play it as you could not reverse the axis. I persevered up to a factory level - pretty early on, but just could not play it any further due to the axis.

Hopefully this will not bet the case with a console release so will defo buy this.
 
Awesome, I've still got the Xbox version sat on my shelf, be nice to have it in HD :D
 
I played it on the PC a while back, and it was brilliant. Really badly underrated. It was beautiful to look at, even then, and it was really good fun to play.
 
OK, peeps. It's all very well saying "amazing", "brilliant" and whathaveyou but can you qualify what makes it amazing and brilliant, please? :D
