God thats ugly :( thank god it faces down in the case

never really understood the concept of "good looking" cards, as their "beauty side" is the one under when you place it inside a case.

anyway, looks like its going to be a hell of a cooler, meaning that that card will be as hot as hell.

I've never understood why they put fancy logos or stickers on the side which faces down :confused: If they want it to look good then put something on the back and have the sticker there instead. Upside down of course so when it's installed it's facing the right way up.

Maybe because when they sell it to you, you aren't just looking at the back of the card + open systems
 
Sorry for not googling this but the 3 DVI ports I see. Is that really 3 displays from the 1 card at the same time. Without the need for a display port adapter.
 
Not everyone has a case that has the mobo on the right hand side, more and more are on the left and inverted (like my v2000) and a lot of the new silverstone cases that have a 90 degree rotation.
