when was the last time you messed with the internals? when did you last update any drivers and has the BSOD only happened the once? it's an interrupt request thats not been less or equal that has caused it... was you multi tasking at the time?

Once or does it happen often? If often, what are you doing at the time?

i had Blackmagic media express open at the time, then it blue screened, now it bluescreens of every boot just as the desktop comes up. everything worked perfectly before

i messed with the internal the day before because my wireless card stopped working, just took it out and put it back in. worked fine from then onwards. today was using blackmagic media express software then it bluescreened, and now it bluescreens everytime i load onto the desktop

Try using the "last known good configuration" option when windows loads up. If you don't see it, tap F8. However if it's not shutting down properly it should just appear everytime you boot or try to.

Failing that, tap F8 from the moment you turn on the pc, and go into "repair computer" try doing a system restore to before the time you got the problem. A very under rated tool in windows if you ask me.

try this guys way first

if that fails then maybe try this

did you re-install drivers for any components you took out and put back in?
as it's not letting you get beyond the boot-up i'd take all components out that is possible except the motherboard and cpu and heat sink then put them back in all the while been careful not to touch any chips on any boards and see if it gets past boot up, then re-install drivers for all components (destatic yourself obviously and keep the machine earthed by keeping it plugged in but MAINS SWITCHED OFF). if it still persists then i advise re-installing windows (if you want the data on the drive left alone install windows on a different drive that you don't mind been formatted

infact i forgot to ask, did you take note of the error messege you got in the BSOD, it may be that your card is broken and it's trying to tell you that

Hey i fixed it. i uninstalled the blackmagic drivers and then reinstalled them and its not bluescreening any more. it must be the blackmagic drivers because i have just reinstalled them and when i go to chnage some settings it tell me to reinstall them. probably a bug, thanks guys
