BMI is not to be taken seriously tbh, it doesnt account for peoples different body structures aswell as if they weight train etc
About 98.5kg at the moment, want to get back up to 100+kg but need to get myself a decent routine again.

I'm currently on my weight loss mission.
Very Very Very embarressed to say that i have everyone in the thread beat for maximum weight - Eight months ago i was 30st 12llbs. Yes you are right to say **** that dude was big - I have always been big but i was active as a teenager and kept my weight at about 16-18 stone (6ft 3in) until i hit 19-20 years of age, and i completely let myself go (obviously
) - drinking, fast food etc.
I honestly can't tell you anything specific that finally kicked my arse into gear to try and sort it out, but whatever it was i'm glad it happened. I am now down to 24st 0llbs and i can't tell you how different i feel already with regards to level of fitness etc, although i know there is still a long way to go.
I've just done the obvious things - completely changed my diet, and greatly increased my level of exercise. I bought myself a treadmill, some weights and a slam man (google is your friend) and the weight is just dropping off and i've lost 10 inches of my waist and chest.
Aiming for about 18 stone as a goal at the moment, and then take it from there.
I then quit smoking.
