Illegal Buttocks

I have images of the "surgeon" nipping into the US equivalent of Wickes and purchasing a silicone sealant gun a couple of hours before the procedure.

Tattoos and piercings and stuff sure, I wouldn't personally have any but I can see the attraction with most of them, but who the **** wants to have some lumps under their skin. :confused:
