It does not get any better than this, our competitors are asking between £35-£45 for lower performance C9 kits and in some case nasty un-branded cheap rubbish. This is OCZ, CAS8 with lifetime warranty a good £20 cheaper than it should be!!! :)

2 of them ordered for me...yeah.

I ma starting to wonder if Gibbo has infact been made redundant and is trying to destroy the company before his notice is served........anywaysm keep up the great deals Gibbo.

Not bad not bad, finally starting to see DDR3 hit the bargain prices we were seeing for DDR2 a couple of years ago (<£8/GB). Good for anyone upgrading but I think I'll hold fire until we see some deals on faster 8GB kits, don't fancy filling all the memory slots especially as I'd have to drop from CAS7 to CAS8.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between this and the OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz memory kit? I know these are cheaper and faster than the platinum gold.

As you say, these are faster and cheaper. The Gold (incl Special Ops) series of DDR3 modules seem to be more prone to failures than the Platinum series. Quite a few user reviews report DOA modules or modules that fail later in life. Best to run a few loops of memtest on these as soon as you get them, but I am sure OcUK will cover any issues.

Thanks! I originally had the platinum gold kit ordered then I seen these the other night so I just quickly cancelled and ordered these. Got email today they are shipped!
But after reading your reply, uve got me worried.
Will do a memtest (never done it before).

Building a new system after like 3years lol. Got myself a gigabyte 1156 pa55-usb3 motherboard along with an icore 3 540 3.06ghz and plus 8gb of ocz ram.

People who have problems are always more likely to post comments. These should be absolutely fine (I have oredered 3 sets), but they do seem to have a higher failure rate than is usual for OCZ.

I ordered 2 sets as well for the new build, but I can see RMA being lots of fun with OCZ pulling out of the memory market

The first year is covered by the retailer (OcUK), but after that you will most likely face problems. Saying that, OcUK do state a lifetime warranty for this product and there is no limitation clause.

I'm currently running ocz 1600mhz tri channel 3x2 sticks 6gb.
Would It work If i bought 12 gb of this stuff and ran it in triple channel mode?
