Hi all,

I know there cannot really be a 'healthy biscuit'... as such...

But what biscuits would you say are the healthiest option?

in moderation nothing is unhealthy.... the very nature healthy biscuit would make eating loads every day not a good idea however...

I like water biscuit's... not much in them... but they are not really what most people would class as a biscuit...

Water Biscuits

Anyone remember Farley's Rusks? "For Children AND Adults? I cant see them containing much fat and sugar, and they taste nice.

Why worry about a biscuit? The whole diet is what's important.

Lower kcal ones or ones lacking in sugar miss the point of a biscuit and would leave you feeling that you haven't had anything, making you eat more.

Rich tea as others have said. Biscuits are evil as I find once you start on a pack it's hard to leave them alone (especially chocolate digestives and hobnobs)

Trying to think of some others but tbh a lot of them are quite high calorie wise. I was shocked when I first found out how many calories was in a chocolate digestive... I had eaten 3/4 of the packet at night  I never used to check the packet for stuff like that lol.
