I am sure you can use that to hire a time machine, go back months and erase the temporary pain.
Or perhaps you will spend it on physio?
Whatever you do with it, don't you ever complain about insurance premiums ever again because its this whiplash rubbish that is largely to blame.
I never complain about insurance prices, but at least now I have no reason to complain when they load my premiums for a non-fault claim.
But how much value do you put on having to spend half a day up the hospital, the stress such an accident puts on a mother to be, countless sleepless nights, several days off work, hours upon hours spent resolving issues over the phone and filling out paperwork, travel costs and time spent going to and from doctors, medical examinations and physiotherapy appointments, the loaded premiums you'll receive at renewal even though it was a non-fault claim.
All that before even considering pain, or any potential lasting effects that cannot be foreseen so early on.
£2.5k seems quite a lot. My fiancée got £1,800 but she was out of work for a month and has lingering effects. You must have really played it up to get so much.
Anyway, whippy compo for the sake of whippy compo is a real shame. I wish people weren't such nancies and could handle a some pain for a few days.
Nothing was played. My Partner and I were 100% honest at all times.
I assume you mock your girlfriend for being a nancy every day then, do you?
I shall look forward to the increase in my insurance premium next month then..
Yes, it sucks - would you like the details of the careless idiot that crashed into me, so you can take it up with him?
This is what makes me laugh about people who complain about genuine injury compensation - they always blame the person that was hit, and not the incompetent driver that caused the accident. Seems backwards to me.

Give me some credit. I knew the response this would have, it's been a bit too boring in here over the last few days I've been observing again.
