Eurogamer's GetGames service has this on special offer at the moment. I presume it will just give you a CD key for your purchase which you can then activate on Steam.

That is exactly why I like it. Stealing a jet plane then aiming it at a building, jumping out and standing on the roof of the plane and jumping off and then parachuting away at the last second?

Fantastic game.

Grapple truck to helicopter. Fly helicopter to top of snowy mountain. Ski down mountain in truck.

Awesome.

Fantastic game. If you switch off your brain when playing this game then you're doing it wrong!

This game is largely about creativity and imagination. More so than most games.

Easily worth a fiver.
