Test Drive 2 has been released & is available to download on steam

Btw incase no one knew if you edit your shortcut and add -fps on the end and save/apply. Then you will get a fps counter similar to fraps counter ingame.

Example "C:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\TDU2\UpLauncher.exe" -fps

4 Pages and not one screenshot, what's up?

Ask and you shall receive. :)

Btw on medium settings cept textures which i think was very high or high. 2x aa tho on some screenies i upped it to 4x. Game needs multisampling or supersampling really but i dont think i could run that without a big drop in fps.

question regarding HW demands:

I just ordered 2500K and GTX560 Frozr2.

will this combination ensure 60fps constant in max details + 1920*1200 ?

Well I'm running it on a 4 Ghz I7 920, MSI GTX 560, 12 Gb ram, and it keeps on slowing down like crap. It seems like the game has an issue with dumping stuff stored in the ram.

In all honesty i dont think ull see a diff if u turned the settings down from very high to high or medium, medium gives great fps even with 4x aa and multisampling.

Well after a lot of fiddling I seem to be ok with controls, brakes are a Tad sharp even on lowest setting. The most annoying aspect is gears changing down; doesn't seem to have little effect on the car and when lossing front end easing off doesn't bring the front end back in so tend to meet with a lot of trees :(

Game arrived today but still no pre-order codes. :/ Just called up play and the guy put me on hold for a while and said "I'm sorry we don't have your codes yet. You'll have to wait for an email." He couldn't say when the email would arrive.

Maybe because it needs more memory then your GTX 560 has ..

See my picture above...It using 1267mb of GPU memory with my settings at 1920x1200

run msi afterburner while playing and you see that your second GPU card is only be used by about 5%

I already tryed making my own SLI profiles for this game to get SLI working and i had no luck so far :(

You can turn on an indicator that is visible in game in the Nvidia control panel.

"3D Settings > Show SLI Visual Indicator"

thanks for Info, wonder if patch will use the SLI? also never Knew the option for the nvidia SLI status existed , I'am still learning I suppose :-)
