any news ?


i mean wasn't it supposed to be released in feb

why there is no information about it??


i doubt that its gonna be released in Feb :(
 
Well, i was out and about yesterday looking around at a few comp stores. It seems to me that even if we DO see a february launch, we wont have it in our hands for quite some time. I only found 1 6970 on the shelves of one store, where the rest had none. Only a few 6950's, and the rest were 6870/6850.
There were plenty of GTX570/580's...
Im just concerned with why we havent heard ANYTHING solid and official yet on Antillies 6990. Even at a march launch, we should have something by now.

6950s>6970s anyway, considering you can unlock 6950s. 6970s are simply not worth their price.

I was converted to Ati a few years ago and I'm anxiously waiting to purchase the new Radeon HD 6990 when it's released, however if they don't pull it out of the bag soon I shall be going back to Nvidia...maybe GTX 580!?

AMD have had long enough now...and I'm getting sick of waiting for my 2 yearly upgrade!
 
Hmmmm converted to ATI, Yet your going 580? Why, 2x (unlocked) 6950s poop on a single 580 by approx 40%.

All I can say is my 5970 cost me less than £9 a month during it's 15 month stay with me, if the 6990 delivers anything like that it's a absolute bargain!! considering nothing stressed it.
