Just paid off my car at last! It was only £96 a month but it does feel good to have it out the way Never again will I have a car on finance. I can't wait to get rid of it either (it's the colour more than anything)

Also not long ago paid off my debt of £150 a month for eye laser treatment (well well worth it)

Feels so good to be rid of it all. Sorry, I just had to share as I am really happy it's all out of the way now.

Yeah, true that. It's an Mg zr 1.4 and I did'nt know anything at all about cars when I bought it. It's had it's problems but overall it's been pretty sound to be fair. The owner before abused it a little. Most of the problems have been sorted, it's just the bodywork that looks a little shabby. I probably won't get a lot for it (maybe £800-900 max from a dealer part ex)

Won't get rid of it straight away though.

Lol I was quite stupid at the time and did'nt think it over. At the time, I remember thinking it looked nice and I was also drawn in by it's colour (Trophy yellow) Oh well, we all make mistakes

To be very grown up and boring about it, put that £96 into a savings account with the highest interest you can find, keep the existing car for anothr year or so then you'll have a tidy sum to put either towards a deposit for something better or a nice starter that you can add to when you sell your car?
