****Official 'HDR' Thread****

Thanks, they almost look medium or large format shots, guess I'll have to go full frame soon :p !
I'd highly recommend it, along with quality lenses.

But the middle 2 shots on the bottom row, were taken with a D200.
The Cityscape shot was taken with 70-200 lens, it's worth clicking the photo and then following the ImageShack link to see a big version.

Wow I missed that one, the large version is very sharp :)

I've just bought a 300mm f/4 so that now becomes my first FX lens, will just have to make do with my D90 for now :( :p

Nice shots Mr Jones!

Not HDR in the strictest sense, but a shot comprised of several exposure blended together.

stunning, just stunning, mind saying how many shots/bracketed? etc etc
thanks

Some stunning images here. The ones from the Churches I think are particularly amazing - look like something from the RPG Oblivion!

Now I know the basics of this technique, taking under exposed, over exposed and normal shots and blending them together, but is there some sort of magic technique for blending them together or what program is the best to use?

lol that's gotta be mine , but thanks :D

These are older hdr's and after some reading of the latest photo's mags i could do with bringing up the shadows in my future shots. They lack Great depth currently

1st one seems a little odd to me , it screams HDR but in a bad way

2nd one, impressive! though i'd clone out the light flare?

3rd awesome, perhaps a clone out of the sign post bottom left? :D
