Make sure to run the command dism /online /cleanup-image /spsuperseded in a command prompt once you're happy with the SP1 install, cleaned up about 3GB of space on my system.

That is SP1 but not showing build number so try:

Start, all programs, accessories, command prompt, type systeminfo

that's not very specific. i'm sure any beta/rc versions would say that too.

right click the .exe file you downloaded>properties and check the details tab for the file version. it should say this...
