Hi guys, I've got a Saitek Cyborg mouse at the moment, and was thinking of getting a new 1, but I dunno if its worth spending £50-85 on a mouse when my Cyborg is still going strong and it does well for my needs (mainly healing on WoW), what do you think?, I think it would be between these 3, but any good multi-button mouse is considered

Razer Naga
Saitek R.A.T 5/7

Thanks

what about the G500 or Razer DeathAdder Respawn?

Edit: Just ordered a G500, I like Logitech products, and it was cheap

mx518 - had one, flawless mechanicaly but too big for my hand- perfect palm grip mouse.

g9x - switched to this, it is a lot shorter, takes some getting used to but a perfect claw grip mouse.

Having said that its not broken so dont fix it.

Hi there am new here, so my opinion may not count as high as others!

Why would you get a new mouse if yours is still "going strong" - seems a waste of money to me, why not use it for more WoW subscription!

I enjoy razer as a gaming company, never let me down. I've had my copperhead for years of semi pro gaming back in the day! Logitech's i've never gotten along with, don't feel right in the hand.

Mx518 is baller for the price, Roccat Kone is also good, but expensive as are the RAT series.

Only get a new one once your one breaks though, unless you have one of those money trees so many people around here seem to have.

Had a G500 but it tracked badly on almost every surface i used... :(

Got a DA Respawn and its fantastic. :)

I kind of really like my Xai, used too have a Dimondback did not last six months before the left button went mate had dead the same issue with his after that experience I avoid Razor like the plague

Dam, hope the G500 I've ordered is good on the Boogie Bug mat

I don't, but I just sold my 5850 so had some cash left over

Yeah its still working fine, but it is 3 years old now, and I dunno if it'll last another year (also I think they have stopped making them)

I love my R.A.T.7 but, in all honesty I wouldn't say it has enough programmable buttons for something like WoW. Realistically there's only 2 that are usable.

Thanks kd, in all honesty I only use 1-2 of the side buttons on my mouse anyway, cause I got the rest of my spells on left+middle+right click, with crtl

Well tbh i think mine was on the way out or something, as i seemed to be the only one... Typically. :p

Check out this thread, there are others with the G500 + BB Mat that had no issues, Setter was one off the top of my head i think.

If your playing WoW though i'd thought you'd want the Naga or G700?

I was looking at the Naga and nearly bought it, but I won't use all them buttons, plus I needed some other stuff for my PC, so the £30 saving was good :D, haven't seen the G700 though
