Can you ever go back from RWD?

Driving my MR2 (on decent tyres etc) hard on a wet country lane just wasn't possible, whereas I've been having masses of fun in the Xsara today with stupid amounts of opposite lock.

Probably due to me being a crap driver and the SW20 MR2 not being known for being a sharp drivers tool but I much prefer my fwd hot hatches :)

I can't tell the difference yet anyway so at this stage I could easily switch. I drive a 400bhp Monaro and a 120bhp Mini Cooper.

It's old, so very few of them will be as fast as they once were. Depends on condition, hardly a vehicle one would keep in tip top condition other than enthusiast owners.

We are talking about old nails here not normal, well maintained cars.

Just stop talking about things you don't seem to properly understand.

For a person who is usually the first to jump on somebody when they make sweeping statements on subjects this is all a little bit embarrassing coming from you.

how have all of them become old nails now all of a sudden? there are plenty that are still in good condition, and still make near if not stock power.

fox have you been drinking or something because you are talking rubbish

Fox, would a well maintained car, ie; that's been properly looked after, serviced on time, driven in a good manner and kept to within it's limit and is let's say 24 years old. Thinking of a Corolla AE86 RWD.

Still put out the performance figures that it came out the factory with?

Probably. Other things wear out though ie. suspension components.

Why do you want an AE86?
