so you broke your keyboard's usb by over stretching and ask for a replacement and then they offer you 50% off any keyboard and your not grateful ?

i wouldn't have the audacity to ask for something like that if i broke something and it was my fault and not the manufacturers.

i think you should be grateful for what you did receive to be honest but thats only my view on this situation.

did i say i was ungrateful? and i don't know what the discount is yet, i am grateful for the fact that i am getting a discount on a keyboard, but i was just stating that they were generally more expensive anyway, im so if it came across as ungrateful or rude :confused:

I did a night shift at a previous job once(friday night) then drove home, got changed into crap clothes, then drove to a paintballing center in some forest out near Bath, did that all day, then drove home. I was shaggged out"!!!!

hi, i was recently unplugging my g11 keyboard from the usb o the front of my case, but as i was leaning over to it at a funny angle, the usb dongle bit on the end bent and came out of the wire bit. it has also bent the usb at the front of my case making it unusable, i have attached a picture showing the damage to the keyboard. would it be possible to get some form of replacement? as i am currently stuck with an advent keyboard, and as i am on my computer mostly at night i cannot see what i am typing very well. any help would be much appreciated.

the site isnt that much more expensive. was like 15 more than ocuk for a g19 and 10 more for a g510 which was only 25 more than a g15 compared to ocuk, got a g19 for the price of a g15 on ocuk, which is currently priced at 30 more than i paid for it 3 years ago lol.
