Time problems on Win 7 64bit

I have a freshly installed Windows 7 64bit on my PC and the time is all wrong, the date is correct which is the 23rd of Feb 2011, but the time is not. The time displays itself to be 20:08 and the timezone is UTC, there is no option to switch it to GMT even by clicking all that automatic update stuff... Is there anyway I can fix this?

Check the time in the BIOS, make sure that's right

Yep, changed that mate, but still it's displaying as UTC as the timezone...

UTC is the new GMT
Probably doesn't help with the incorrect time, but does explain why it says UTC and not GMT

No, UTC is GMT. You don't need to change it. Have you got internet time enabled?
