What do you mean? This is a great opportunity for you to play single player offline, get accustomed to the basics of the game and then be ready for when the OC server upgrades to 1.3. I played single player offline for about a month before I went on to any servers.

If you're too impatient for that, I'm sure there are tonnes of other servers running 1.3.
 
Yea ive had a blast offline which was quite cool, however feeling that i need some of the online fun loving now. Is there any easy way to find public servers out there?
 
Currently there is an issue with using /bbhere and such commands as WorldGuard/WorldEdit stop them from being executed. However, this won't be an issue when the server updates (and the data is still being saved - over 200k entries in main world BigBrother database table, and over 100k in the LogBlock one).
 
Yer exactly, he got it from Infiniminer or something like that. Guess it won't have the community support that MC has anyway.
 
That game is going to fail because it is on Xbox, so none of the mods etc. like we see on Minecraft.

BTW, if anyone wants help on something on the server I'll lend a hand as my house and farm somehow got creepered... lava and all. They didn't seem to burn in the daylight for some reason, then I went AFK and they apparently somehow got through some closed doors, interesting stuff!
 
Ha I was saying to my cousin the other day imagine playing minecraft on the xbox :rolleyes:
Then again I can't imagine it playing too well on the iphone/ipad either!
 
Test server seems to work fine from what I can tell. Anyone up for testing it? Atm it has whitelist disabled and logging disabled (so bbhere/etc won't work) but aside from that it's a recent copy of the ocuk world.

Expect it to be laggy as it's just running in a test instance of MC with limited ram/etc dedicated to it.

Also, the current nether plugin isn't working with 1.3. The replacement plugin I've put on there seems pretty awesome but it may involve a reset of the nether :s
