There are plenty of genuine videos. Of this, of UFO presence, of other spiritual activity. But people will never accept them as real because they're too scared.

I'm not scared at all, I just don't believe in other people's videos.
If I by chance encountered something out of this world and had it on camera, I wouldn't even expect people to believe me, I wouldn't even share it online.

In fact I would probably keep it to myself and get on with my life, why?
Because I have no proof.

I've no doubt that some videos capture currently inexplicable phenomena but once you start labelling all non-believers as scared you've lost the fight against rationality and impartiallity.

Why do ghosts whisper so the Medium can't hear them properly?
Why do they all talk at once so the Medium can't hear them properly?

You are not convinced a professional photographer was able to a capture a poltergeist on film at work, in his car and his home, knocking over phones and cabinets, throwing cereal out of cupboards but leaving all his high end equipment untouched?

What would be the point? You're mixing up ghosts and poltergeists. Remember that poltergeists are malevolent spirits. Their very cause is to disturb people and their surroundings. Ghosts are more often the unrested spirits of the departed. They don't intend to cause unrest.
