Call social services. They obviously are not intelligent or sensible enough to be suitable parents.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the girls parents, and they deserve to be harangued for it.
 
Hang the idiot family member, dear god, seems people just cant even be nice and help other people out, the same people would just as fast turn about and comment on why no body bothered rending aid or such :rolleyes:
 
Surely he can sue/make some sort of claim against the parents?

It's stuff like this that would put others off from helping in a similar situation. I know I wouldn't bother getting involved.
