Probably The Replacements, it's not a great film, it stars Keanu Reeves for a start and yet there's something about it that is greater than the sum of its parts. I can watch it any number of times and still enjoy it.

Shawshank Redemption makes me happy, at least by the end of it. Same as Slum Dog Millionaire.

+1 for the shawshank redemption. O brother where art thou is another personal favourite, great characters, quirky humour and a fantastic soundtrack. Every time it's on telly ill watch it as it always leaves me smiling.
