Hello Hello Overclockers,:)

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, 5UB, for the excellent support he provided me last week. He helped me to sort out the delivery of my laptop after i discovered there had been a mistake between my invoice address and the delivery address

As soon as I noticed my delivery was heading to the wrong address I tried to call Overclockers, but for some reason, here in Spain I cant get through to 0871 numbers. So as a last resort I created a topic in the support section in the forum here(not feeling very hopeful). A few minutes later 5UB replied and sorted the problem out that morning. I wont hesitate to use the support forum again :p

Within a few days, I received the laptop.

I am extremely pleased with my new laptop! and look forward to doing business with Overclockers again in the future!

They are very good at sorting things out...well they are what I would expect from everyone, unfortunately you don't get that these days from everyone.
 
brown nosing doesnt get you discount.

Praise for good work is not something that should be trodden on with words like that, it's easy to talk poorly of a service, but much harder to praise them, especially when people knowingly will encounter replies like yours.

Good work 5UB, you're one of a long line of past and present OcUK employees that have provided a service that keeps me buying from ocuk even when your products may not be the cheapest.
