Once, maybe twice a week if i'm lucky now mate. :(

My career has taken over, but I still keep in shape. I seem to be able to stay around the 14 stone, sub 10% bodyfat mark which isn't bad.

But just cant find the time to get bulking again.

Been over three months now, kinda hard with her living in York and me in Norwich though - only get to see her once every 3 weeks, but in two weeks time we're off to the Lake District for a mini-holiday :)

You are not related, by blood, are you? There seems to be a startling resemblance there. Also, y'know. Norwich.

It might just be the glasses, the nose, the lips, the hair colour and blank expression though.

As you said, Norwich :eek: :D

In pictures we do look similar I guess, but in reality it seems a lot more different :rolleyes:
And our noses aren't alike, that's a "face-on" picture, she complains about her nose a bit ;)
