You need 3 items to perform such wizardry. A wand like brush, some paper that magically scratches surfaces then finally the most magical of all... A liquid that when applied with the magical wand, changes the colour of the item you apply it too.

You need not enter any dangerous dungeons or slay any mythical beasts to get such wonderous items, they are available for coin at your local B&Q.
