I saw someone doing the slide thing that I've seen in the single player videos the other day - does anyone know how to?

Most of the time these days we dont even get a demo to try it out. Surely this is showing that they do want to release a good product by putting one out then and then working towards fixing the issues people are having. Theres still a few weeks till release and we dont know what state or version the demo came from anyway.

Apparently, reading on the incrysis forums, it is supposed to work (Sometimes, like 1-20.) in the demo; by pressing crouch whilst running.
*Edit. Works every time for me, just a bit awkward pressing both shift+Ctrl together at the mo. :) Got mele and nano vision already mapped to my side mouse buttons, so will have to get used to it I guess.

Yea, sprint and then press C or whatever you got crouch set to. I have been trying relentlessly to slide and kick someone but I always slide past them and they just stare at me like "wtf is he doing?"

Just sliding that is, not sliding and hitting someone ;).

Looks like I found my first hacker. GsT something or other. look out for them. crap attempts to hide it too. Ah well theres pathetic tards in all games. hoping they arent too common.
 
Will have to try and do some more of the melee - had forgotten that you could slide as I've not seen anyone doing it ingame. My favourite kill so far was coming up behind a guy stood at the top of the skyline map and breaking his neck :D
 
Runs beautifully at hardcore setting with my new gfx card, however I keep getting disconnected from servers. Rage worthy.
