How does everyone go about cooking pancakes for more than one person? With a family of four last year we ended up sitting in the kitchen while I cooked and dished out pancakes which meant one person could eat one while everyone else waited otherwise they just get cold.

Is there a good solution to this problem? (other than cooking for at a time with four frying pans :p)

Can they be kept warm/reheated some how?

As for bacon and maple syrup, just make sure you use streaky bacon otherwise it just isn't the same. Mmmmm.

I usually have two frying pans on the go, but after the first couple the pan is so hot the pancakes cook in a matter of seconds. No one is allowed to touch the pans apart from me on pancake day!

As nice as lemon and sugar is, fresh orange and sugar is WAAAAAAYY better! Be sure to squeeze a fresh orange on on pancakes though!

Easy:

1 x plate, under grill on low heat.
2 x frying pans on heat.
1 x small amount of oil in pan-A

heat oil, move oil to pan-B.
add batter to pan-A, cook, flip, add to plate.
move oil back to pan-A.
add batter to pan-B, cook, flip, add to plate.

repeat as desired!
