I dont know why i dont like Croydon, probably because 8/10s of it is rubbish, Purley is good, i didnt bother to check the postcode i just saw the CR bit.

lol Croydon is not all that nice however these houses are in Purley which is really quite nice and leafy (they are on top of a hill over looking a golf course).
