How did you fund the payment? Did the $$ come from your credit card or Paypal balance? Either way you won't loose a penny so don't worry. Credit Card is the way to go as Mastercard/Visa have to chase the crooks, not you.

Sometimes fake companies will use legit companies details. This happened with a store who had furious punters turning up iirc. Can ebay verify the companies are the same?
