So i kinda got a bit wasted this saturday and my 'friend' thought it would be a brilliant idea to take a couple of photos while i was doing something i really dont want friends/family/anyone to see (nothing illegal).

they had just been uploaded like 30 minutes ago and well...the tagging has begun. im not a friend of the persons album it is so i havnt been tagged as yet but ive seen the photos because my mates have been tagged and it will only be a matter of time before i am.

ive sent the person an email asking for them to be removed but not got a reply yet. ive looked at the 'report picture' but its just says we cannot remove photos.

is there nothing i can do?

At the end of the day, your friends will see your friend tagged, and will most likely look at the whole album :p

i know, this is exastly what i do all the time.

im hoping as its quite late people would have already gone to bed and my request of them being removed will be done before people return home from work tomorrow...hopefully. lol

Your friend will most likely leave them there for all to see....and think it's just a laugh. And there's not really any way you can remove yourself from pics posted on another persons account. One of the reasons I deactivated my account on FB. Their privacy settings are a joke - and I really do think the whole FB phenomena is starting to affect peoples lives in a bad way.

And the fact that even if the photos were of any interest to anyone (for news, or generating money from rights etc) - the owner doesn't stand a chance in having them back (as Facebook has full rights to the images even after you deactivate your account - and they are all still saved on their servers)
