I remember u posting over at Tom's place ;) about you doing that challenge thing in Sarawak, very wet and muddy if I remember. It's not always as bad as that if the rains hold off.

I'm more concerned with the ease of getting in and out of them tbh. I know loads of people here that do clip in but most are purebread clipless, either eggbeaters or spd's. The other half use flats.

I've not seen anyone use the hybrid (mostly for DH?) pedal possibly due to lack of availability here and so am unsure which will work out best.

Its gonna take me a while as I can only do a bit of work each evening but we will get there!!!

So some more piccys :D

I think a lot has to do with personal preference. I got on fine with Eggbeaters but Purplehead was "bit of a nonce".

Colour coordination spotted on Ichabod's build. Red headset and red bars.

^^ Ive changed my mind, horrid! black post, silver stem, pink bars? it looks like you scounged your parts from a bin. Sorry no offence but doesnt look right. IMO

edit - Needs a black stem, get rid of the silver.
