How do fellow OCUK'ers deal with stress and help themselves relax?

I always find it's the really small things that wind me up the most and like I am about to boil over and flip out, it can't be healthy to be like this so often.

Will end up having a stroke/heart attack from it!

Any tips people have to just relax and zone out? Need to do something that will help me totally switch off and forget.

I don't drink really

Attend the gym or go running 1 or the other pretty much every day, bar today bad hip/legs from yesterday!

I don't suffer from stress, my job just isn't scary enough.

As for relaxation, spending time with my wife and son.

As for what you describe, exercise is probably the best solution, it will get you fitter and calm you down a bit.

For stress and relaxation I find my pets take the edge off quite a lot, failing that beating seven shades of sugar out of my punch bag does the trick.

To relax I tend to just become lazy, I will sit and watch movies or play an in depth game that I can get lost for a while. If I get to stressed however I just tend to sleep, the more stressed I am the more I need to sleep... Not sure why but it helps!
