Anyone used this? I normally use CCleaner as a quick one click cleaner.
I like CCleaner and Tune up Utilities, I doubt AVG tune up is your best bet as software like Tune Up Utilities specialises in tune up software and has been going for a lot longer !
CCcleaner is OK but non of the other tune up tools.
Tune Up Utilities is bad ass, GTFO.
Roll up, roll up! Snake oil two for one offer! Get it while it's hot! Mail me in trust for extra special discount![]()
No they are not bad ass. Theres no point in using them, most of them don't do as they say they do.
Tune up utilities is simple and effective, saves going thro services, policies, advanced system settings . . . you might be a dole bum but I'm not, haven't got the time to do each task manually. So please take two steps back and look at the bigger picture, Mr Asda Value cheapskate.

Thread cleaned.
Stop with the petty insults please everyone, this especially applies to you, Jakeee. There is simply no need for it here and it will not be tolerated. Thank you.
Ignoring the aspect that I don't have a clue what they are really doing when you press that 'Tune your system' button, or what ever it may be called, there is no benefit from a performance perspective of doing things like disabling services.
The things that are potentially worth tinkering with are things like system restore, data execution prevention, the paging file in certain circumstances etc.. Though, that's not due to a performance point of view but for things like freeing up a little bit of disk space.
