Malt Loaf :-)

I have a love hate relationship with Malt loaf - sometimes I can get a loaf and devour it in one go and other times one small bit makes me think why do I eat this.
 
Love it. Annoying to cut though - it just smushes. Maybe I need a sharper knife.

They do snack packs of it at sainsbury's near me, two slices with butter in between. Usually grab one if I go in on a lunchtime.

PS - Love the Buzz Lightyear plate :D

A sharp bread knife is the best thing that I've found for it yet, any other sort of knife tends to put too much pressure on it and crush it. Also putting it in the fridge first helps it keep its shape better.

As you may have guessed I quite like a bit of malt loaf on occasion, looks like too much spread in the original post though.
 
I knew a guy (a commonwealth gymnast no less) that used to eat a whole one of these at lunch at high school. To this day I have no idea how his bowels coped.
 
Love it used to get the cheepo tescos ones that were like 16p but they seem to of vanished from the shelves dread to think why. Its a shame there not bigger.
