Is it normal for one card to be 10c hotter than the other?

Yes, especially if there is almost no spacing between the two cards.

Any reccomendations on what drivers to use? I heard the latest ones where a bit iffy.

Give the latest stable 11.2 release a try. 11.3 should be out pretty soon seeing as it's almost the end of the month, not sure if they're going to skip that entirely seeing as they've been previewing RC releases of 11.4.

Top card will always be hotter. 10c is a reasonable amount so you might want to check your airflow, cable tie the power cables into a better position or something.

11.2 seem fine to me, no issues so far.

Temps are just fine. Also, ATI cards don't really have a shader clock, well they do but it's always the same speed as the core clock and so there is not seperate adjustment available. Run you core at 900Mhz, your "shader" clock follows it.

Yea nothing you can do with the shader clocks, I think only the older ATI cards had them separate.

something i was hoping i wouldnt see today, but i get this whilst trying to run Heaven benchmark:

Attempt to Reset Display Driver and Recover from Timeout Failed BSOD

Uninstall and reinstall drivers maybe?
