Finally gonna liquid cool my TJ07-advice needed

Filling is easy, Fill the reservoir up, Power up system for a couple of seconds, power down so the pump doesn't suck on air, Refill reservoir, rinse and repeat.

Best to do this by only powering the pump up, same goes for leak testing.

As for emptying it -haven't perfected the art of that so I can't really offer any advice that doesn't get water all over the floor :p

thanks.
For the emptying i read that you unscrew everything but keep it intact and take it over to a sink and cut it open

hehe the same as usual Yate loons, think i had the 2200 versions, i had the to7 with the triple in the roof and a 480 in the bottom compartment, i did originally have 2 loops but then i just had 1 big un, would cool pretty much anything tbh, i only had the cpu/chipset and a 4890.

3) Why would RJKoneill rather use sello tape instead of compressional

because cheap compression fittings are never a good idea.
if you want to use compression fittings, then look at decent ones. bitspower/ek/koolance. dont consider cheaping out on them

other than that, use dangerden fatboys/bitspower [same thing] 1/2 barbs with 7/16 tubing. this will work the best for you.

depends what you want looks wise. if you want compression fittings, use expensive ones.

I hope to fit a 360 and a 480 rad in the bottom.

hope away, but it wont fit.

you will fit a quad and a double in there max.
i would suggest getting rid of the EK rads and using a single 480 Black ice SR1 or thermochill. this is a much better idea as a quality radiator will work better than more rads of lower performance
if you want performance from the cooling, use some gentle typroon fans.
DONT BUY A SENTRY - totally silly idea for watercooling. look at the lamptron range for a quality fan controller. maybe something like the PC5 if you want the leds and flashy lights.
dont be buying NZXT tat for a watercooling build.

Whats wrong with the sentry?
Ill have a look at the black ice rads. I wanted to use them initially but everyone was raiving about EK elsewhere so thought they may be the best.
I went fir the sentry for the touch screen and from reviews it seemed really good.

I've Got a water cooled TJ07

I have had this setup for a while now and it's never let me down.

If there's anything I can help with.
I bow to Mr Oneills superior Knowledge but I have used compression as well as other connections with no adverse effects (twelve months).
I also used a 3 and 2 rad option so that I could fit my pump down in the dungeon.

Sorry about the massive image....blame my digicam.

nope you would be surprised i had a tripple thin RAD and it worked great all depends on what fans you use.

I'm using a Black Ice GTS 360 its only 30mm thick + 3 Vipers with shrouds pull config, mounted on the rear of my case FTO1, coupe's very well with a i7 920 > 4.2GHz + GTX 470 > 850:1700:2000. :)

As for temps, CPU core temps never went over 70'c + GPU peaked at 52'C, even when the Boss had the central heating up quite high room temp was about 23 to 24 'c. Its a good job l keep a few cans in the fridge for medicinal purposes only ;) and by the way using Vipers as l had two from my H50, they never go over 1450rpm.
