Just have one with your mates - thats what I do.

Always descends into banter, a very hot room and excessive team-killing but incredibly good fun.

Next one is in July, very friendly, 2 halls (Competitve/Social), big games, pub quiz and many other activites. If thats what your looking for jump on the forums and introduce yourself.

yeah i was thinking about the no sleep thing,
But me being me im a lazy B****** and would just want to go str8 to sleep
and leave PC where it is so i can just jump str8 on the next day,

But ive never been to one so maybe people are allowed to sleep under their desk or near their PC

Me and my friends have one about every six weeks, we do mainly non-competitive as it's more fun that way. There's four of us so we go for things like L4D, Dawn of War (us vs AI), CoH, etc.

When we do go competitive it's normally me that gets naffed off because I suck so hard at it. :p

Kensington lock your PC and Monitor to the desk. Take your Keyboard/Mouse/Headphones away with you in a bag.
 
Don't listen to them crumplypork, they're the ones that are pathetic..... i mean come on, a stick for shooting games? why would anyone burden themselves with such inaccuracy?!

A PC is the only proper way to enjoy a game.

i might try and organise one in wakefield,
But to be honest i wouldnt know where to advertise or who even to trust,
I might just go on a friend hunt lol,

Is their such a site as PlentyOGamers lol
 
Damn do lan parties still happen? or is this thread from 1998? lol, seriously the are nowhere near as many as there used to e due to the internet (rip 56k) just being so more usable now, but you can still find them occasionally.
 
Does your case have lights?

You win more points at a LAN if your case has lights!
