Show off your Jap cars!

does the breather thats connected to the inlet manifold have a one way valve to stop boost being blown into the block?

I think his point was there is already a thread very similar in purpose to this one, in fact its so popular its been made a sticky :)

As a side point I don't think the country a car comes from automatically makes it better than a similar car from a different country ;)

I dont mean the country where a car is made makes it a better car, of course it doesnt.
Just some people prefer the Honda's, Mitsi's Nissan etc. Same as a lot of people like the VW / BMW / Audi / Porsche brands :p

Tip: Don't bait people and don't start the BMW thing. Then you'll get along fine here.

There's a drop-top thread in the same vein, there was a BMW thread and there's a Clio thread all in the same vein. I don't see any issues with this thread :)

Uh, I wasnt trying to bait anyone :/ seemed it was Morba with the problem.
Just for a fyi though, I dont have a problem with BMW's :p

Yeah merge the two threads if possible :D
Gibbo, why would you want to sell that Evo?
How much? :p

The only reason I am selling it is because I wanted to try something else. Insuring two expensive high performance cars, taxing them both, the depreciation of both is a very expensive affair.

There is nothing wrong with the EVO infact after a drive tonight it really is a bloody amazing car and the power delivery now is just unreal, absolutely superb. :)

Make someone buy my MR2 as posted above without me losing lots of money :(

Plan was to sell MR2 and get an S14a lol, no-one wants MR2 atm :(

Ahh I could never sell my 200 without losing loads of money either (just splashed out 1k on a brake upgrade which will probably increase it's resale value by sweet FA). But that's the way things are :).

See. I left the MR2 stock as I wasn't sure I wanted it long term or not

I just refuse to lose almost 50% on the price in just a year (granted we are only talking ~2k in money terms for the loss - but still! I may as well keep MR2 and mod it)

How much did you pay for it?
