So far i have ordered...

i5 2500K
Asus P67 Pro
4GB Corsair XMS 4GB PC12800
1TB Caviar black

Just need a GFX card now, which 6950 would be best to go for - or are they all the same just rebranded?

If you'd like to bother to unlock, then go for a reference card, or pay a bit of extra to get the MSI Twin FrozR III.

If you don't want to risk bricking/introducing unstability, then go for MSI Twin FrozR II, which is the quietest 2-slot 6950 in the market.

are they all the same just rebranded?

Yes, all the revision 1's are the same, if you don't have a preference, just get the cheapest.

If you don't mind waiting, the msi twin frozer III(not II), which is bios flashable should be available soon.

If it's for flashing, to keep you right, make sure it says this:

Is it a hard/risky task to flash it?
Very easy, you can either use wizards version in the sticky or you can manually do it in about 2 mins with this Asus unlocked 6950 shader version with tweakable voltage and higher ccc oc settings:

Not risky at all, in the slim chance you were to ar$e it up, you can flick the switch.

Sweet, didn't realise there was a flashable Twin Frozr III coming. Oh lawd, there could be another upgrade coming already! :o
If I already didn't have 2 of them then I would be looking out for that one myself.

Quick qu, does it say anywhere on the box regards the ATI Reference Design Rev 1 as I'm looking to pick one up in a shop near me and their site doesn't mention it?
