At least these guys are standing up to Sony, Sometimes action is required in order to make your voice heard. It's like when truckers protest against high fuel prices they form road blocks and have go slows to get there voice heard. This is a similar thing and only a slight inconvenience for most of us.

Apparently sony are hiring a new security firm to help protect themselves. Anonymous say they already have a way around it so its not looking good for Sony, it's also not good for anonymous as they have such ridiculous demands that will never be met.

The thing with anonymous though is that they will never be caught, because no group of people are anonymous, it works on the stupid, we're everyone idea.

It's a poor advert for Sony that they can be taken down almost at will by these people. It's ok saying its a free service but plenty have paid for PSN+ so Sony should be doing more to protect their service free or not.

Sony will be making money on a per minute basis on PSN, so every minute they are down is money lost.

wont really affect their sales tbh, if i was going to buy a game off PSN and it was down and came back up a few hours later, i would still buy the game, it may affect the sales per hour, but overall no great affect.
