When to ask her out ???????

I wouldn't ask her my friend it will just happen or not.Although until you get a definate 2 way affection thing going on don't let her mug you.

You ask her if she wants to come to yours for dinner instead of meeting her somewhere and when she says yes get her to stay over, smash pasty several times and before you know it she's spending more time at yours than hers and she's giving you grief for leaving the toilet seat up.
 
You’re going to pop a question about whether you have a relationship. Just pop her and you will be in one.
 
Op, bit of advice. Keep it in your pants, relax, don't be to eager. Many a possible relationship has been lost from scaring a seemingly enthusiastic girl with to much attention.
 
I would say if you have the urge to ask, the answer is going to be no. The fact your first date went incredibly well suggests this wont be an issue.
 
As soon as you update your Facebook status to "in a relationship".

Just do it out the blue after a couple dates. She will get the picture...

Worked for me too. The trick is, make sure you want to be in a relationship cause if you don't, best pull out before 12 hours, 34 minutes and 56 seconds is up.
 
Get down on one knee and ask her if she would like to be in a relationship and then put a hula hoop on her finger.
