Motorstorm Apocalypse Controls

Hi,
I have just finish a demo of motorstorm apocalypse and I have to say game looks so good, very fun to play but controls are bad I mean really bad. How can you use R2 for acceleration? This button is not design to use longer than 2 second. You can change it but non of the pre-sets option is any better. I did have the same problem in few other games and non of them allow me to change button layout as I was pleased can any of you tell me why and if you have same problem please share...

Those triggers are terrible. They split after a week. Had two pairs both happened, and my friend had the same trouble

Same here I did have two pars of those and they snap after two weeks:/

That's a dam shame, the original Gioteck Real Triggers were built with very durable plastic, I have two sets and they have been fine since day one.

Anyway I fired off an email to them making a complaint as I was bored lol, seems people all over have been complaining about them.

Nice going mate but I don't think for £3 you can expect better quality then that.

Back to the topic can any one tell me why on console you are not allow to customise button layout as you pleased?

There's no technical reason it can't be done, it's just the majority of developers have traditionally chosen not to implement full customisation.

Well I got a reply back from Gioteck Support and they say that they will replace anyone's triggers with a new pair of triggers with an 'amended design', all you have to do is fill this form out here http://www.gioteck.com/wordpress/?page_id=850 with your address and the issue that your having with the product, you don't even have to send in your old triggers, you can just provide proof of purchase via email.

Nice, I don't have any proof of purchase though! I bought them from HMV god knows where the receipt is! Any ideas?

I actually like the accelerator being R2 and the brake being L2, I have boost as X and square and circle as ram!

Quality game though, still loving online play as well.
